1. Do I need to contact Expotia.com to confirm my booking? You don't need to call us to confirm your booking. All bookings you make on this website is instantly confirmed as soon as the online booking process is complete. We will send you an e-mail confirming your booking.
2. How do I change or cancel my booking? First, click "View/Modify/Cancel Reservation" on the top right corner of Expotia.com; Second, input the confirmation number of the booking and the guest's last name, and click "Search" to view this booking; At the bottom of this page, you can choose to modify or cancel this booking.
3. What is the cancellation policy for my booking? The cancellation policy is subject to your choice of hotel. The cancellation policy for that hotel is clearly stated before you make your booking. Please read the statement and make your booking only if you agree to comply with the policy.
4. Will my credit card be charged upon booking? Most of the hotels on this website do not require your credit card information, and you will pay at the hotel when you check-in. However, in order to ensure your room for late arrival after your hotel's hold-time, your credit card information is needed for guarantee, but will NOT be charged upon booking.
5. What if I didn't receive my confirmation e-mail? If you have successfully completed your booking with a confirmation number shown in the last step of your reservation page, your booking has been delivered to the hotel you booked. Please check your junk mail folder in case the e-mail is filtered, and add this e-mail address to your safe list. If for some reason the e-mail couldn't be delivered, you can retrieve your booking with the confirmation number and your last name by clicking on the "View/Modify/Cancel Reservation" link on the top right corner of Expotia.com.
