If you call before or after our business hours, please leave a detailed message, including your name, your email (optional), your phone number, and what time you can receive calls including your local timezone.  We'll do our best to respond within 24 hours.

From China: 400-883-7365 (NOTE 5/18) - This number is temporarily not in service.  Please email us.

We're working on providing more support during some more business hours in Europe and the United States. In the meantime:

First, if you speak Chinese or have someone who does that can help you, feel free to access our  24 hour customer service in Chinese at +4008-21-2010.

Second, please email us at customer-service@expotia.com and we'll do our best to respond to you promptly.

Third, you could leave a voicemail at our North American toll free number and include your email and whatever details of your order that you can provide.  That voicemail will be transcribed and routed to our English-speaking agents.

Finally, we're sorry that we don't have English-language service during the hours that you need them.
